Schneider Electric

From fun and interactive POS to Annual reports and Supervisory control and data acquisition system packs Schneider Electric presented many opportunities for brand building projects across their product range.

Known for their high quality push buttons and switches, built to last for all applications, Schneider Electric began to see a dip in sales. Research showed that tradesmen and engineers were choosing competitive brands based on lower pricing not quality. They needed to get into Point-of-purchase and regain awareness that their products were the best, providing longevity and less callbacks. I developed a creative interactive POS piece to tap into the target market with tongue-in-cheek humour delivering the message – when it comes to push buttons, our product is the toughest out there. Real buttons were housed in the POS that produced tough talking sound bites when pressed.

Set up in electrical supplies stores across Sydney and Melbourne, reports back from stores saw excellent interaction with the POS. With the addition of a prize incentive of a rally experience for the winner and a mate, Schneider Electric products returned to top of mind with sales pushing back up to market leader.
