Established in 2019, Telstra Studio began as a new team built from the ground up. It’s purpose, to support the Consumer & Small Business Marketing chapter. It’s function, to bring together different scopes of work, stretched across a number of external agencies into one to create brand consistency, improve speed-to-market, reduce duplication of effort and uplift the creative output. As Creative lead, my role was to lead a team, delivering high volumes of content across social, out-of-home and 1 to 1 EDM using a targeted test and learn performance-based methodology that looked at eg. price vs features vs lifestyle across a calendar of trading events.
